Forming the Name
Lapis Ray
Lapis Lazuli means ‘stone from heaven' and has been prized since antiquity for its intense blue color and even used as eye shadow in its powder form by Cleopatra.
Ray is meant to suggest light and influence since shadows form unique shapes and forms when objects are illuminated by light.
